	This seems to be caused by a FusionFix update that modifies the settings file. 			This seems to be caused by a FusionFix update that modifies the settings file. 			Here's the fix:
			* Rename `C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\Rockstar Games\GTA IV\SETTINGS.CFG` to something else
			* Launch the game
			* Swap between the 2 config files when wanting to play Complete Edition and GTAC
			* A handy one-liner: `powershell -Command "Rename-Item -Force $ENV:USERPROFILE'\AppData\Local\Rockstar Games\GTA IV' $ENV:USERPROFILE'\AppData\Local\Rockstar Games\GTA IV.bak'"`
