If the ped is not near a qualifying position to start the vehicle entering animation, the event is triggered and the ped starts moving towards the vehicle, otherwise the event is triggered and the vehicle entering animation starts. Either way, this event is only triggered once for all individual stages of the ped entering the vehicle.
