The onPedExitVehicle event is invoked when a ped exits a vehicle.

Parameters

1)	Event	event	The event object for this event.
2)	Ped	ped	The ped that has exited a vehicle.
3)	Vehicle	vehicle	The vehicle that the ped has exited.
