function(Event event, int mouse, int button)

The onMouseUp event is invoked when a mouse button is released.

Parameters

1)	Event	event	The event object for this event.
2)	int	mouse	The ID of the mouse.
3)	int	button	The ID of the mouse button that was released.

const	This event cannot be cancelled.

This event will be called once per complete "click". If you need to detect a button being held down for a length of time, use onMouseDown.
Mouse Buttons:.
ID 0: Left button.
ID 1: Right button.
ID 2: Wheel button.
