Why does my server say "Failed to ping the server"?
Before adding your server to the list, the masterlist server will try to connect to it first. If the masterlist can't connect to your server, then other players won't be able to connect to it either.
To fix this, if you're hosting at home you might need to open ports on your router to allow incoming connections. This is called port forwarding. Check our port forward page for more information.
