What are crash dumps?

Crash dumps are a file that contains the necessary information the developers will need to correctly identify exactly what caused the crash. It's a very valuable tool in helping the developers figure out what went wrong.

How do I get the crash dump file?

Open GTA Connected launcher and choose "Open" at the bottom left, then select "Crashes". A folder window will appear with the dumps from any crashes from GTA Connected. [File:LauncherCrashDump.png]
