Open GTA Connected launcher and choose "Open" at the bottom left, then select "Crashes".

If you ''just'' crashed, then it's easiest to sort the folder by date (in Windows 10/11, right click anywhere in the folder, choose Sort By > Date modified). Then select the newest crash dump, that'll be the one you need.
 
The file name is also shown in the small window that shows after you crash, in case you're unsure which file to use.
